Delivery time in Denmark
GLS parcel shop: approximately 2-4 business days
 
Delivery times in EU
Approximately 3-7 business day

Preorders will be shipped within 1 week of the order being placed
Extended delivery times may appear due to holiday in July 2024
 
Return rights
 
You are welcome to return your order within 14 days after delivery of the package. 
All customers must pay the costs of returning the goods when they regret.

The product must be in its original condition with tags and must not be damaged or broken. We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund if this should happen. Please note that you are responsible for the costs associated with the return unless your return is a result of our error.
Your return must be send to the above address as we do not collection return from parcel shops.
We always advice you to send the return with a tracking number and get the receipt.

Delivery of package cannot be denied. If this should happen, the cost of shipping and return will be deducted the refund amount.

Once we have received the return, we will process it as soon as possible.
You will automatically receive an email with a credit note and the return amount will be returned to your account via the first chosen payment method. It can take up to 7 business days before you can see the money in your account, depending on your card provider.

Buying a gift for Christmas?

Don't worry, all orders from November 1st can be returned until January 14th.

Styles bought at fairs cannot be returned.
 
Faulty and/or incorrect products
 
If you discover a defect or a wrong product has been delivered, please contact our customer service at hello@matterthelabel.com.
You are obligated to file a complaint within reasonable time for any faulty products. The warranty does not cover faulty storage or use contrary to the products instructions. 

Once we receive a complaint from you, we will investigate the matter as soon as possible.

Preorders

Preorders will be shipped within 1 week of the order being placed. The purchase amount will be raised from your account when the order is shipped. Preorders can be returned within 14 days of receiving like other products.

Other

The website will be updated regularly to ensure that prices, instructions, descriptions and offers are correct, but misspellings, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information can happen.
