Preorders will be shipped within 1 week of the order being placed. Preorders can be returned within 14 days of receiving.
Returns and refunds
You are welcome to return your order within 14 days after delivery of the package.
All customers must pay the costs of returning the goods when they regret.

The product must be in its original condition with tags and must not be damaged or broken. We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund if this should happen. Please note that you are responsible for the costs associated with the return unless your return is a result of our error.
Your return must be send to the above address as we do not collection return from parcel shops.
We always advice you to send the return with a tracking number and get the receipt.
Delivery of package cannot be denied. If this should happen, the cost of shipping and return will be deducted the refund amount.

Once we have received the return, we will process it as soon as possible.
You will automatically receive an email with a credit note and the return amount will be returned to your account via the first chosen payment method. It can take up to 7 business days before you can see the money in your account, depending on your card provider.
Finders Keepers
Styles bought at Finders Keepers cannot be returned.
Buying a gift for Christmas?
Don't worry, all orders from November 1st can be returned until January 14th.
Wish to exchange your order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you want a different size or product, simply return your order and place a new one. Please see above section about return.
Refund
