Care guide

 Every garment is different and may need various handling. Therefore it is always important to read and follow the carelabel carefully. Below you can read our generel guidelines for taking good care of your garment to make it last.
  • Hang you garment out to be aired instead of washing them after use.
  • Wash your garment on low temperatures either by hand or in gentle machine wash.
  • Air dry your clothing instead of using the dryer to care for your garment and the environment. 
  • Try to fix your garment if it is broken instead of replacing it.
  • If you don’t love your garment anymore, please resell or donate it so that others gets at chance to love it.

Organic cotton

Cotton is a natural fiber based on the cotton plant. Organic cotton is grown with no use of toxic pesticides and fertilisers. This protects the health of the ecosystem and the humans involved in the production. Organic cotton fibers are fine and flexible which makes it easy and comfortable to wear. These properties also make organic cotton garments easy to care. 

  • Hand wash or gentle 30ºC machine wash is preferred. 
  • Avoid tumble dry and let your garment dry flat, this will also cause fewer wrinkles.

Wool

Wool is a natural fiber and our wool is from sheep in Faroe Islands and the Falkland Islands. Wool has a natural antibacterial function and does not have to be washed very often. 

  • Hand wash your garment with a mild detergent. After a few minutes press the water of the garment and lay it flat on a clean towel for drying. 
  • For storing do not hang your garment as this may cause stretching. Instead fold and store your garment.
